Leadership Development

We work from a model of shared leadership, believing that everyone has a role to play in shaping the future of our organizations, institutions and communities. We incorporate skill building, reflection and relationship building into our leadership development work. Community organizing skills and concepts are key components for us. We have found coaching to be an important tool to support leaders in their development, or enhance the impact of group training sessions. We have particular interest and experience working with grassroots and emerging leaders.

We can work with you to design a training program or specific training sessions, help you develop leaders inside your organization, incorporate leadership development into your community work, or achieve other objectives related to leadership development.
